India’s Arcadia Shipping which also offers agency, brokering and chartering services, said it will focus more on its shipowning operations in future.
India’s Arcadia Shipping currently has a 53,000-dwt bulker built in 2005, another built in 2001 of 49,000 dwt and a 2,760-lame-metre ro-ro dating from 1988.
India’s Arcadia Shipping said it has been inspecting modern geared handysizes of between 40,000 dwt and 45,000 dwt.
Mumbai-based Arcadia Shipping also said it made a net profit of $1m in the year to 31 March. India’s Arcadia Shipping was founded in 1981 by chairman MN Shah.
