Eagle Bulk Shipping's Alexis Zoullas, the brother of chief executive Sophocles Zoullas, will become chief operating officer of the Nasdaq-listed owner.
The appointment marks the latest change to the Eagle Bulk Shipping team, following the addition of Paul Leand Jr as chairman after the company’s exit from Chapter 11.
