However, its $12m offer fell some way from the owner’s ambitions, which are understood to be closer to the $15.6m price tag VesselsValue.com places on the bulker today.
MV Sea of Future’s South Korean owner Daebo International will press on with a second sales effort in the new year.

Bulkseas of Greece have purchased the 55,800-dwt MV Mokara Colossus (built 2006) for $14.5m and 76,800-dwt MV Opal Stream (built 2003) for $13.5m each from K Line.
