MV Sundaisy E run aground at Quebec

MV Sundaisy E cement carrier has run aground on the St. Lawrence river in Quebec, Canada. It is still unclear why the 15,300-dwt MV Sundaisy E (built 2011) ran into trouble on Monday while on its way to Ontario. No environmental pollution or water ingress was reported.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) has deployed three investigators on the scene near the Trois-Rivieres port. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will gather information and assess the accident.
MV Sundaisy E is owned by Italy-based Norbulk Enterprise, which has a fleet of seven vessels.
