BlueMountain Capital Management controls 7.1% Scorpio Bulkers

The hedge fund, BlueMountain Capital Management run by Harvard-educated lawyer Andrew Feldstein, now controls around 7.1% of the US-listed bulker operator Scorpio Bulkers. Disclosure of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said the fund now held 9.9m shares in Scorpio Bulkers.
BlueMountain Capital Management's stake in the shipowner is now worth around $76.2m.
Scorpio Bulkers’ shares have ranged between a 52 week low of $7.56 per share and a 52 week high $10.76 each.
Scorpio Bulkers has 74 vessel newbuilding programme.
