India’s Great Eastern (GE) Shipping has signed a contract to buy a 52,500-dwt supramax (built 2006) only a few days after announcing investment plans.
The only ship in databases that matches this spec is Japanese owner Kambara Kisen's Alianca Orient. The vessel is expected to join Great Eastern (GE) Shipping's fleet by next month.
