USA joined anti piracy group

United States is poised join the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia (ReCAAP)
ReCAAP was formed in 2006 as a government-to-government agreement aimed at enhancing cooperation to combat piracy. The Singapore organisation serves as an information exchange for member countries to share data on piracy incidents.
