Brazil's 2015-16 soybean crop is 13 percent planted, above the 10 percent at this time last year but behind the 18 percent historical average. Planting is well ahead of average in the southern state of Parana, the No. 2 grower, at 42 percent complete. Soybean planting in Brazil's top soy growing state Mato Grosso picked up pace last week and is now ahead of the previous year.
