French silo operator Senalia would resume taking delivery of milling wheat at Rouen port from Oct. 5 after a pick-up in export loading activity. Senalia, the main grain silo operator at Rouen and one of the delivery points for wheat traded on Euronext's futures market, had stopped taking in wheat in August due to slow export demand as a big French harvest was coming in.
