JJ Ugland has fixed its newly delivered supramax Lunita on a short-term deal.
The supramax 58,000-dwt TESS58-type bulker was booked by Geneva-based Louis Dreyfus Commodities on time charter.
Launched at Tsuneishi’s Cebu yard on 17 September.
MV Lunita is the first of four vessels contracted by UM Bulk, the 50/50 joint venture between the JJ Ugland companies and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan.
