Kenya's government insist local crew

Kenya's government will cancel international shipping lines' permits unless they use local crew.
Kenya Labour ministry cabinet secretary Kazungu Kambi said the ministry will work with other departments to come up with a policy paper that will give guidelines on employment of Kenyan seafarers.
