New German shipmanager Ahrenkiel Steamship prefers DNV GL class

New German shipmanager Ahrenkiel Steamship has 62 vessels under technical management and is moving its entire containership fleet to class giant DNV GL
Ahrenkiel Steamship was formed earlier this year after German owners MPC and Thien & Heyenga bought CF Ahrenkiel.
Ahrenkiel Steamship said plans for developing its fleet were also under way.
Ahrenkiel Steamship focus is on building up a strong fleet, maximizing the quality of services and increasing  efficiency.
DNV GL has a longstanding track record of excellence and reliability.
Ahrenkiel Steamship has the largest fleet of feeder vessels of between 1,000 teu and 2,999 teu among non-operating owners.
