Polish Steamship (Polsteam) has again fetched a firm price after selling one of its elderly bulker 73,000-dwt MV Polska Walczaca (built 1992) for demolition.
MV Polska Walczaca (built 1992) has been sold to Bangladesh for $440 per ldt or $6m with forward delivery in February.
Polish Steamship (Polsteam) has sold five panamax sisterships for scrap since May.
Ships were built Denmark's Burmeister & Wain and have been trading grain, which make them popular among demolition buyer.
64 panamax bulkers have been sold for demolition this year.
