Japan Bank for International Cooperation and the Tokyo Branch of BNP Paribas Bank have combined to provide the cash for Ultrabulk Shipping's duo being built at Oshima Shipbuilding Japan.
Two 36,800-dwt newbuildings at the Japanese yard.
Ultrabulk Shipping booked the bulkers in 2012 and the first of the vessels will be delivered late this year. The second will follow in early 2015.
Ultrabulk Shipping which is a part of the Ultranav group, operates a fleet of between 100 and 150 ships across the panamax, supramax and handysize segments. Ultrabulk Shipping has 24 newbuildings in its portfolio.
