N. America, Europe Q1 cocoa grind seen down

North American and European cocoa grindings fell in the first three months of 2015 after weak profits discouraged bean processors while higher chocolate prices weighed on demand. A survey of eight traders estimated that first-quarter North American cocoa grindings were flat to down 5 percent, compared with the same quarter of 2014. They were seen falling 3 percent to 7 percent in Europe.
