Ukraine's state grain firm GPZKU plans to supply at least 3.5 million tonnes of grain to China in 2015 in line with a loan-for-grains deal signed in 2012. "This year we plan to supply (in line with the contract) more than 3.5 million tonnes. In general, the contract provides for the sending of 5 million tonnes per marketing year" Valery Tomilenko said, without saying what type of grain it planned to supply.
